YOU'VE WORKED HARD TO EARN IT... The UM Official Ring is reserved exclusively for alumni and enrolled students who have completed at least 60 credit hours. From the class of 2004 forward, UM will offer only one ring design to its students and alumni. In the past, there was often little or no consistency to the ring designs offered. UMAA's goal is to combine the ring tradition with the sense of accomplishment that comes with achieving academic goals. A ring ceremony for students and parents will be planned during Commencement week in May 2007. UM alumni can purchase their ring now.
