The University of Montana charges the UM Alumni Association with the responsibility of maintaining and updating all alumni records through its centralized database. The database department within UMAA currently tracks over 80,000 records.  The most direct benefit to alumni, besides receiving university communications, is having a resource through which to track down friends and classmates- now made even easier via the Association's interactive website.
